Hey, i’m Rebecca Stennett

During my time working as an EP, and through almost 20 years of lifting weights I’ve learned that true, lasting strength and resilience is built from a foundation of education, self-trust, and connection of mind and body.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative and comprehensive. Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time or navigating a complex chronic health journey, I meet you where you are.

I specialise in two areas:

  • Building your foundation (overcoming barriers) For those who find the gym intimidating, live with chronic pain, and/or have a health condition that makes exercise daunting or difficult. My goal is to provide you with the tools to feel confident and move on your own terms. I love creating a supportive, low-pressure environment for you to enjoy the process.

  • The deep dive (complex health & performance analysis) For those with persistent injuries or complex health conditions, this is about exploring all the variables and providing you with a clear, integrated path forward. We’ll conduct a thorough assessment of your movement, health and lifestyle to understand exactly where you’re starting. From there, I provide an exercise program, strategies for managing flare-ups, and a clinical report designed to help your entire health team work in sync. The goal is to give you a sense of direction and the confidence to move forward.

Let’s grow together.
