Hey, i’m Rebecca Stennett

I am Grounded Strength & Rehab’s founder and head exercise physiologist.

With over 15 years in the gym; including time as a national-level powerlifter and strongman athlete, and 7+ years as a UQ mentor, I’ve learned that exercise is the ultimate tool for autonomy and empowerment.

My mission is to help you build a fulfilling life through a focus on longevity, health, and connection. Whether we are managing a chronic condition or doing in an in depth assessment of your biomechanics to hit a new pesornal best, I provide a tailored, holistic experience that respects your unique values and goals. Together, we’ll foster the self-confidence you need to become your strongest self, one rep at a time.
